His 1st reply to me was he would refund the shipping and then basically I'm screwed on the rest. For some reason he won't file a claim. So after more than a week of going back and forth I'm having to fill out all the paperwork and file it for him. It's a bunch of crap but I paid over $1k for these hoods and I want the shipping company to pay for the damages. I don't want any money from William, I just need him to file the claim but he's refusing to. I can't get William to help out much at all. Very frustrating since day one of this whole hood deal. Deff will not work with William again.
